A full range of primary subjects from the Key Learning Areas are offered from Kindergarten to Year 6 including the following:

  • English (Grammar, Spelling, Handwriting, Reading and Comprehension, Written Expression, Oral Expression and Poetry)
  • Personal Development, Health & Physical Education
  • Creative and Practical Arts (Music, Drama, Art and Craft)

  • Mathematics (Table and Number facts, concepts covering Space, Measurement and Number)

Once each week students will also have classes with specialist teachers for:

  • Music (incorporating a Band Program in Years 5 & 6)
  • Sport
  • Library (Kindergarten to Year 5)
  • Technology and Applied Studies (Year 6)

English, Mathematics, Science, History and Geography are all differentiated subjects.

Learning Support (remedial and extension) opportunities are offered in reading, spelling, creative writing and mathematics.

Use of Information Technology is incorporated into many delivery and learning activities, across all subjects.
